Florence Nduba

Florence Nduba is a banker, with more than 20 years finance and management experience. She has developed her expertise in the financial services industry primarily by serving in several key leadership positions at KCB Bank Kenya. Currently, she is the Head Investor Services at KCB Bank Kenya Limited. Beyond her rich experience in leadership, Florence is a member of the Women on Boards Network.

Florence is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree, from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan.

Willick Otang'o

Willick is a WASH specialist with an M.Sc. degree in Water and Waste Engineering from Loughborough University (WEDC) obtained in 2018 and B.Sc. degree in Water and Environmental Engineering from Egerton University obtained in 2008. He has over 15 years’ International and

national experience assessing, designing and implementing Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, and Shelter programs, with various Humanitarian relief and development International Non-Governmental Organizations, in Kenya with experience in Arid & Semi-Arid areas, and internationally in South Sudan, Nigeria, Sudan and Cameroon. He is an accomplished WASH professional specializing in programming sustainable transformative solutions.

Willick is passionate about investments. He has undergone various trainings on the same and enjoys supporting individuals and institutions to boost their investments and return on these investments. His passion for community support and development has seen him being involved in various capacities at Tuendelee Foundation since 2020 and in supporting various secondary schools in his village.
